DEPOSITS

Please note that a deposit is required for certain services to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and is applied to your final bill. 

PAYMENT BALANCE

Your payment balance is due at the end of your service on the schedule date and time of your appointment.

CANCELLATION

We totally understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being applied to your 50% late cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and late rescheduling fees.

NO-SHOWS

We value and respect your time and ask you to do the same for ours. If for some reason you miss or do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be applied to your no-show fee which is 50% of the service cost.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on our services.  However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the studio, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
