Remove your contact lenses before your appointment.

If for some reason you are not able to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
A fee of 50% of your service cost will be charged for late cancellation, late rescheduling and no-shows.
P1ease arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes late a late fee of $10.00 will be charged. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment would be cancelled and this may result in late cancellation fees.
For safety purposes, please no additional guests.
For quality control and best results, we don’t perform refills on other studios work. A removal and full set will be recommended.
For refills please note that at least 40% of eyelash extensions must be on. If less than 40%, a full set should be booked.
Refills are recommend every 2 - 3 weeks. Anything over 4 weeks you will need to book a full set.
Incase of any issues with your service and proper aftercare was followed, we will work with you to fix it within 72 hours of your appointment.
